“I have lived at at Cardinal Vista (an additonal property of Silvertree Communties) for about a year and a half. I have rented from several other complexes prior to this and have had unpleasant experiences. The apartments I moved into were clean and I knew exactly what expect when I moved in. Silvertree Communities and their entire staff have been incredibly helpful. They have not played any games with my deposit money which is has been a problem with other places in the past. After my first lease I switched to a hardwood flooring unit and it was actually a major inconvenience to the staff due to timing of the move. They were as flexible as possible and helped make the move as easy as can be. Toward the end of my stay with Silvertree a very delicate situation had developed that put me in a position to move back to my hometown and while they only had a sublease clause to get out of my lease, they were again patient, understand, and flexible with my situation. We worked out a deal that worked for me and them. I am grateful for their help and their patience. Also a shout out to the Property Manager Jennifer as she went above and beyond to help me. I would give extra credit on this review if I could.“
